We usually use the tracable shipping methods as UPS ground, TNT, EMS, DHL to ship you the orders and once the orders are shipped out, the tracking numbers are available. And please allow 4 to 14 business days for the delivery.Please make sure you enter the right shipping address. we will not be responsible for re-shipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.
For the customs clearean, we have many methods and experiences, so your package always will be safe and 99% of the orders are always safe for delivery. Here we would like to talk about the exceptions:
1, If the package have problem in Chinese Customs, we will be responsible and will resend all orders for free, you will not need to pay any other charges.
2, If in any case, your package is held at your country Customs, you will need to contact the Customs of your country, and work with them on how to make your orders release from your country Customs. we will NOT be responsible in these cases, we can do nothing upon this. and your money will NOT be refunded, because we do have shipped the orders in time and paid for the shipping charges.
We stand behind every item we sell 100%. If you get your item and you do not want it for any reason you can send it back to us for a full refund or exchange. You will have to pay for the shipping fee.and pay us $25/each for restocking (if we send right items for you.) Also the item must be in brand new condition.
Contact us before you return something. If you refuse a package you will not get a refund. We do not give refunds for out of stock items. We will notify you that your item is out of stock and you will have to order something else that costs the same.
